Over the course of my career, I’ve known the feeling of being the only woman in the boardroom; the challenges of transitioning back to full-time work after having children; the uncertainty of not only finding my footing in a new country, but also my voice in a new company.

Now, with over 14 years’ experience as a Human Resources leader in my pocket, I’ve had the honour of moving forward the careers and company cultures of countless others. And this is just the beginning. 

I am also a mum of two children and an expat (From England to Southern California), so I understand and appreciate the tenacity necessary to balance home life with work life and the struggle of finding your way when you find yourself completely out of your element.
